What to Do Every Day to Grow your Business

Whether you have been in business for some time or you are brand new, coaches often get stuck with knowing what to do every day to grow their business. 

And what’s difficult about figuring this out is that it is a moving target based on the stage of business you are in. 

What we see most often is that coaches see what others are doing and they try to focus on the same things as coaches who are 10 or 20 steps ahead of them thinking that’s how they can grow their business faster. 

But the reality is that if you didn’t do things in the right order it can cause you to end up taking 2 steps backwards because you are trying to install a kitchen sink in a room with no floor.

So how do we know what to do every day and what to delegate to our team in a way that grows with the business we are building? 

The best way that I have found to do this is using the 4 item to-do list and implement the frameworks inside the Profitable Impact Formula program to strategically up-level and do these in a way that makes sense for where you are right now in your business.


Today, I am going to share with you what the 4 item to do list is and how you can start implementing it right now in your business.  

  1. Attraction Marketing - Activities that bring in new eyeballs to you and your business
  2. Revenue Line - Activities that make sales
  3. Mindset - Mindset strategy to align with what you are creating, reprogram your brain and giving airtime to who you are becoming
  4. Team/Systems - Creating leverage through systems and delegating to a team you can trust 


All 4 of these need to happen every day in your business in order to have consistent growth. 

The beauty of the system is that you don’t have to be the one doing all of them every day (except mindset!). 

When I began my business, I was the one doing all 4 items every day. As I grew, I started to delegate pieces most days. Now, even the team management and systems is done by my team and this is how you build the 3-day workweek. 

Methodically up-leveling what you are focused on and doing step by step until you achieve the 3 day workweek. 

It is not overnight. It’s just like everything else, one step at a time.
