Our biggest obstacles can often be ourselves. We resist change or new ideas, holding strong to our own convictions and beliefs. But resistance in business as well as in life can often stop you from moving forward as you would want. If you're wondering why you find yourself stuck, then what you should really be considering is your coachability. 


Coach or client, coachability is something that is universally needed. When you are coachable it means you are open to new ideas and ways of thinking. It means you are willing to admit you are not always right and need a helping hand.


If we already knew the answers to everything there would be no reason to learn and no need to grow. We need to be willing and able to adapt to new ways of thinking in order to find solutions and continue to move forward.

Training is completely done on your own. Mentoring has someone helping you along the way.
